The engines of new Audi TT RS are available in 2 options of transmission, 6-speed manual and automatic 7-speed S-tronic dual-clutch equipped with launch control to further optimize the acceleration at the early pace. The power output of the engine will be distributed by Quattro All-Wheel Drive, the Audi's flagship technology.
The increase of performance can be seen on the TT RS Plus Coupe which equipped with S-Tronic automatic transmission is able to accelerate from 0-100km per hour in 4.1 seconds and 4.3 seconds for the manual transmission. While the TT RS Plus Roadster was 4.4 seconds for the manual and 4.2 seconds for the automatic transmission.
The more interesting is, though there is an increasing in engine performance, the TT RS Plus with transmission S-Tronic features more economical fuel consumption. With an average fuel consumption of 8.5 liter per 100 km for the Coupe and 8.6 liter per 100 km for TT RS Plus Roadster.
A new touch at the exterior of the Audi TT RS Plus makes it looked more sporty. The new significant touch can be seen in the grille wrapped in a silver colored frame. In addition, the mirror cover has been made of carbon fiber.
Sporty impression is stronger due to the appearance of five-spoke alloy wheels with red trim are wrapped with a thin profile tires sized 255/35. The price of Audi TT RS Plus Manual Coupe version is about € 60.650, while the automatic version is around € 62.800. The price of Roadster variant with manual transmission is around € 63.500, while automatic version is about € 65.650.
